Crew Stadium is a 20,145 seat facility, home to the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer, as well as a destination for other marquee sports and entertainment events. Crew Stadium is designated as the first stadium built specifically for soccer in the United States.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available throughout the stadium. Guests requiring wheelchair accessible and companion seating must request such seating at the time of purchase. Accessible seating tickets are available at the Crew Stadium Ticket Office or by calling Ticketmaster at 614-431-3600.
Children Ticket Policy
For Columbus Crew games, children 2 years old and under are not required to have a ticket for admission. This policy varies for other stadium events. Please contact the Crew Stadium Ticket Office for special event policies.
Event Day Box Office
Event day tickets can be purchased at the stadium’s east and west side ticket booths, if tickets are not sold out prior to event day.

Resale of Tickets
The resale of tickets at any price is strictly prohibited in and around Crew Stadium and on the Ohio Exposition grounds.

Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible and companion seating are available throughout the stadium.
Autograph Alley
Columbus Crew players provide autographs to fans after select Crew home games. This autograph session is held in the Stadium Club, located on the west side of the stadium.
Concessions
Concession areas are located in all four corners of the upper concourse and on the east and west sides of the lower concourse.
Crew Gear Store / Event Merchandise
Crew Gear Store is the official fan shop of America’s Hardest Working Team®. Store hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. Crew game day hours are from opening of gates until the end of the event. Additional Crew Gear kiosks are located on the east and west sides of the Crew Kicker Plaza.

Crew Kicker Plaza
Crew Kicker Plaza features pre-event and post-event festivities, including live entertainment (featured on selected dates), interactive inflatables, and food and beverage stands.
Elevator
An elevator is available for guests needing assistance and for access to the suites and to the V.I.P. Terrace. The elevator is located in the southwest corner on the lower concourse.
First Aid
Medical treatment may be received at First Aid, located in the southwest corner of the lower concourse.
Gates/Opening Times
Gates typically open 90 minutes before game or event time.
Guest Services
Guest Services is located on the southwest end of the stadium, next to the ticket office on the Crew Kicker Plaza. Lost guests, lost and found (articles), and any questions should be directed to this location.
Hospitality and Space Rental
The stadium provides a variety of hospitality and meeting spaces for both event days and non-event days. For more information please call 614-447-CREW.
ATM
ATMs are located on the southwest and southeast lower concourse.
Kids Zone
An interactive kids zone featuring an elaborate play structure and picnic area is located on the southeast corner of the stadium.
Lost and Found
To claim, report or turn in a lost article, guests should visit Guest Services, located on the southwest end of the stadium, next to the ticket office on the Crew Kicker Plaza.

In the event you become separated from your child or a member of your party, please go to Guest Services, located on the southwest end of the stadium, next to the ticket office on the Crew Kicker Plaza, for assistance. Our staff is in constant contact with stadium security and will assist you in finding the lost child or companion.
Monument Park
Monument Park is a grouping of plaque-on-stone tributes to important events in Crew Stadium history, which will grow as events dictate. The Park features a monument in honor of Columbus Crew and Crew Stadium founder Lamar Hunt. It is located adjacent to the Crew Kicker Plaza.
Parking
There are 800 VIP parking spaces, with 7,000 total parking spaces around Crew Stadium. Parking facilities generally open 4 hours prior to event time. Parking fees vary by event and lot location.
Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first-come first-served basis in the VIP parking lot.
